As a Certified Online Fitness Coach & Certified Personal Trainer ; A Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach and NLC Practitioner/Certified Life Coach/Hypnosis Coach; I am also a mum of 2 and a full time professional career women.

I am a true believer that to perform the best in your career, business and your personal life, you need to look and feel the best about yourself, both inside and outside. A healthy and fit lifestyle sets the environment to nourish your physical body and your mind.

I was once in the same position just as you - working hard in a career /business; Trying to be a 'perfect' wife and mum; Thought I was too busy to take care of myself (which I now know is NOT true!). Back in those old days, I was merely 'surviving' all my roles and responsibilities in life , let alone 'thriving'...

Over the last 5 years, I have overcome challengers as many of you are facing. After so many trial and error, I was able to re-establish healthier relationship with food, and create sustainable healthy habits with my exercises and nutrition, and that allows me to live a healthy and fit lifestyle with ease - No more 'diet', no more guilt of eating a bag of cookie, no more endless hours in the gym; I am now able to enjoy my favorite Tiramisu and Wines and never have to 'force' myself to exercise or to restrict any food I love.

Now I am dedicated to empower and support other women to create healthy habits in their fitness, nutrition and mindset with ease, so they can thrive in their career, business and enjoy the life they love!

- 1 on 1 Holistic Coaching on Fitness (Strength Training), Habit Based Nutrition and Mindset/Life Coaching with the Whole Person Approach

Nutrition Coaching

- Standalone Online Nutrition Coaching Only

- Minimum 3 Months Program and option to continue on a monthly basis thereafter

- Can be used as an add-on service for Personal Training (in person) Clients at an additional cost
