All my training programs are designed to suit your personal goals. Starting with 'Client Profiling' and 'Pre-Assessment' to understand your current situation and your fitness and health goals; I will then design the program tailored for you.
You will receive a lot of support from me, at your choice of online or in person (when location is allowed).
I don't believe any 'diet', but I do believe the right choice of food and right nutrition. Good nutrition will give you energy and help you perform better in your fitness training and your daily tasks. It assists you with getting your result faster.
As your coach, I believe habit based nutrition coaching deliver far more sustainable result in the longer term. Ultimately I want to help you get into a lifestyle that you can live for the rest of your life, not some type of 'diet' only give you a quick fix.
The Nutrition Coaching can be used as a stand alone program, or as a part of your Training program.

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! Mindset is the key!
With the right mindset, you will make wise lifestyle choice on exercises and food; you will not blame yourself if you missed a workout session or had some chips on the weekend, as you know you have the ability and tools to pull yourself back on the right track and keep going.
